Windgap Medical Welcomes Mike Ratigan as Business Development Advisor
WATERTOWN, Mass., June 25, 2026 — Windgap Medical, Inc., a drug-device combination product company developing dual-cartridge autoinjector platforms for complex injectable drugs, is pleased to announce that Mike Ratigan has joined the company as a Business Development Advisor.
Mike is a recognized commercial leader in the drug delivery and combination product industry, with a career spanning business development, sales, marketing, and strategy across early-stage ventures, private equity–backed businesses, and publicly traded companies. He has held senior commercial leadership roles at Becton Dickinson (BD), Unilife, Phillips-Medisize, Eitan Medical, and Kindeva Drug Delivery. Throughout, he has built and scaled commercial teams, structured complex partnerships, and brought drug delivery platforms from development to commercial launch across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Mike holds a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College.
